And like the little old ladies who used to come into the kitchen store where she used to work, she realized she couldn’t possibly finish her soda. So she covered it with plastic wrap so she could finish it later, possibly tomorrow if she decided on a nice herbal tea later in the evening (it was getting cold this particular evening).

Tomorrow? Well, it would hardly be the first time she had saved a soda for the next day. And she wondered where she could get those little soda can covers the she used to sell to the little old ladies now that the shop that she worked in was gone.
